What Happens If a Payment Fails?
If a scheduled payment fails (due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or a declined transaction), here is what happens:
- First attempt: You will receive an email notification with instructions to update your payment method.
- Grace period: You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment information. Your access continues normally during this time.
- After grace period: If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the free tier until payment is successfully processed.
We will never delete your progress or account data due to a payment issue. Once payment is resolved, your full access is restored immediately.
Payment Security
All payment processing is handled through industry-standard encrypted payment systems. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Your financial information is protected by bank-level encryption and security protocols.
