Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel Anytime, No Questions Asked
We believe in the value of our platform, and we want you to stay because you choose to -not because you are locked in. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees, no penalties, and no complicated process.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
Once cancelled, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to a free tier with limited access. Your progress, quiz scores, and account data are preserved indefinitely -so if you decide to resubscribe later, everything will be right where you left it.
Refund Policy
We offer a straightforward refund policy:
- Monthly plans (Starter & Pro): If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
- Live Trading Desk: Eligible for a full refund of the desk fee within 7 days of purchase if you have not placed any live trades. After 7 days or your first live trade (whichever comes first), the desk fee is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact our support team through the help widget in your dashboard or email us directly. Include your account email and the reason for your refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Your account remains active (with limited access) -you do not lose your login
- All progress and data are saved
- You can resubscribe at any time to pick up where you left off
- If you were mid-challenge, your attempt will be paused (not lost)
Our Goal: We want every member to feel confident in their subscription. If you have concerns about value or fit, reach out to our support team before cancelling -we may be able to help.
