1. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use The Stocks Room, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services.
- You may only maintain one active account per person.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your contact information up to date.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use The Stocks Room only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any course content, materials, or proprietary resources.
- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with The Stocks Room.
- Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the platform.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Stocks Room offers the following plans:
Starter Plan - $49/month
A monthly recurring subscription providing access to foundational trading education content. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Pro Plan - $79/month
A monthly recurring subscription providing access to all educational content, advanced tools, and premium features. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Lifetime Plan - $349 one-time payment
A single one-time payment granting permanent access to all current and future educational content, tools, and features on the platform. This plan does not recur.
All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect active Lifetime plan holders.
4. The Trading Challenge and $500 Graduation Payout
The Stocks Room offers a Trading Challenge program where eligible students can earn a graduation payout upon successful completion. Pro and Lifetime members earn a $500 payout; Starter members earn a $50 payout. The following terms apply:
- You must have an active paid subscription (Starter, Pro, or Lifetime) to participate in the challenge.
- Subscription plan members (Starter and Pro) receive 1 Trading Challenge attempt per month, which resets upon rebill (when the next month's payment processes). Lifetime plan members receive 3 total attempts (non-renewable).
- The challenge must be completed in accordance with all published rules and requirements.
- The payout is a reward for completing the educational challenge - it is not trading profits, investment returns, or compensation.
- Only one payout is available per student, per account.
- The Stocks Room reserves the right to verify challenge completion and withhold payouts if any rules were violated or results were manipulated.
- Payouts will be processed within 30 business days of verified completion.
- You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to the payout in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on The Stocks Room - including but not limited to courses, videos, articles, graphics, tools, software, and branding - is the exclusive property of The Stocks Room and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own educational use.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
- Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by The Stocks Room without obligation to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Stocks Room is an educational platform only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services. Our content is for informational and educational purposes.
- We are not responsible for any trading losses, financial decisions, or investment outcomes resulting from your use of our educational materials.
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- In no event shall The Stocks Room's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
- You violate these Terms of Service or any platform rules.
- You engage in fraudulent activity or misuse of the Trading Challenge.
- You share or redistribute premium content.
- Your payment method fails and remains unresolved after reasonable notice.
- You engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the community.
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Lifetime plan access may be revoked only in cases of Terms violations.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of The Stocks Room shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at our support email. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
- Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or proceedings.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email for material changes. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
